we love using products and flavors that are at their peak each season. our menu will update and shift along with the changing seasons, using the freshest ingredients, always.

rise & brine: marinated greek olives, capers & rosemary
gimme the heat: hot vinegar peppers, red pepper flakes & garlic
the lunchbox: lightly seasoned with dried herbs
carmella focaccia: sweet carmelized onions, fig-balsamic glaze
pretzel: chewy, salty, pretzel-y goodness
mexican hot chocolate: cocoa, cinnamon, chili powder & dark chocolate
