frequently asked questions

we have received so many great questions from our customers that we thought we'd share! if there is something else you'd like to know, email us here

how do I reheat the goods?

to reheat and refresh focaccia or galettes, wrap in foil and place in a 300° oven until warm.

can the goods be frozen?

our focaccia and galettes can be frozen and saved for later. simply wrap in foil and pop in the freezer until you want to reheat. they can stay in freezer for up to 3 weeks. cookies are best fresh, but you can keep them soft by sealing them in a ziploc bag.

how far in advance should I order?

you may order as far in advance as you like. early is great! we typically only need 24-48 hours notice for any order. however, if you are placing a large order for a party or gathering, one weeks notice is appreciated. if there is a date that is completely booked up, you will be notified the day you inquire about the order.

how long will they stay fresh?

cookies: whatever you don't finish on the day of delivery, store in a plastic bag. they will keep fresh for 3 days.

galettes: can hang out on the counter, boxed for 2 days. beyond that, store in the 'fridge.

focaccia: can stay out on the counter for the day of delivery. put any leftovers in the fridge and reheat before eating.

what if we have food allergies?

please let us know if there are any foods to avoid when placing your order. you can also drop us an email if you'd like to inquire before ordering.

can I pick up 'the goods'?

for now, we are strictly delivery. but we are working on a couple pick-up locations for the coming months. stay tuned!
